Based on personal experience, co-founders John Walker and Dustin McKinney realized that there was not a great solution for helping companies build sustainable software applications and scalable software development teams. The Osprey Group helps fill this gap.

Our Founders
John Walker
John co-founded the Osprey Group out of a desire to provide businesses with better access to quality software development and technical resources.
John is determined to help organizations accelerate their growth by implementing process improvements and coupling these improvements with technological advancements.
John has spent a large portion of his professional career implementing and managing enterprise software applications for multiple Fortune 500 companies, specifically in the industrial construction sector. He is focused on taking best practices for software adoption & implementation and using those practices for effective scaling as your business evolves.
Dustin McKinney
Dustin McKinney co-founded the Osprey Group to help bring mature product development lifecycle patterns to all types of businesses. After living through taking a startup to maturity and an eventual exit, he saw the pain points firsthand from each stage in the transition and is passionate about bringing his experience to businesses that are looking to use technology to level up. Dustin believes that even the smallest start-up can be a software company, and any organization can use technology to solve problems and become more efficient. In his career, Dustin has brought over 20 products to market and is highly skilled at quickly architecting and building quality scalable solutions.
